14-21 as its based in a school environment so school students can watch it
and relate to it as they have experience situations like the programme shows in real life.
Its quite rude so people of a younger age will find this more funny then
older people.

relate to the things she does and situation she puts herself in. they can
probably see them self as her and they find her funny.

is on after 9:00 as it watershed (contain adult humor) this is where there

contains funny humor which could be rude or sexism humor (transgressive)
which younger children might not understand.
